Every carrier must file either an OP-1 form or OP-2 form.
Why are these specific forms important? Every semi-truck carries an enormous amount of material between states. These forms are the oath that all semi-truck accident companies sign, that states if they are a motor carrier, broker, or United States-based Enterprise carrier (generally international cargo or international household goods).
The oath states whether the company that signs the OP-1 form will comply with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR).
